First, thank you for the pleasure of teaching your child this year at PMHS. As a first year teacher, your child will have a significant impact on ME. Each person I teach will be improving me as an instructor, counselor, and motivator. Without the assistance of your student at PMHS, I would not be able to grow as a person in my career. I thank both you and your child in advance for your contribution to my progress as a better faculty member.
Secondly, I encourage you to ask your child, "What is going on in your English class?" We approach English instruction in as many ways as we can in order to promote every child's development. I truly would like to hear your concerns/input in relation to my class and your child's perception of the class. Never hesitate to contact me with any information that you believe will benefit us in the classroom.
Lastly, I consider myself highly blessed to have joined your community here at Buena Vista. It is a warm, gorgeous space, and your youth demonstrate that they have been nurtured with the best of intentions by their community. If there is any way that I can be helpful, then never hesitate to email me or call me.
Sincerely,
Lisa Link
